Ancillary Benefits
 Conventional Fully Insured Plans are the traditional approach to funding and administering a group health plan in that the insurer assumes the full amount of claims risks and premiums are calculated annually. For employers with 2 or more Employees: Because we’re an Independent Agency, The Scioli Group can provide coverage options with the various carriers in the marketplace.
Partially Self-Funded Plans: Under these types of plans, the employer assumes the risk of covering some or all of the potential claims under the policy. Stop-Loss Coverage: An employer may utilize Stop-Loss Coverage under which it covers the claims of the insureds up to a certain predetermined level of loss. After that level has been reached, the insurer is responsible for covering the claims.
